Publication Announcement: Contribution to Space, Society and Geographical Thought

　We are proud to announce that our founder and CEO, Elliot Conti, has published an article in the academic journal Space, Society and Geographical Thought (SSGT), No. 28, released online on October 31, 2025.

　The article, available here, is an English translation of a chapter from Elliot’s original graduate thesis—conducted and first published in Japanese—at Osaka City University (now Osaka Metropolitan University) between 2014 and 2017. While rooted in field research on immigrant perceptions in Osaka’s Nishinari area, its insights remain highly relevant today, as Japan experiences a growing population of foreign residents and increasing attention to immigration in public discourse.

　At Conti Global Consulting, we believe that a research-based approach is essential to understanding the evolving social dynamics of globalization in Japan.

　当社の創業者兼CEOであるエリオット・コンティが、学術誌『空間・社会・地理思想（Space, Society and Geographical Thought）』第28号（2025年10月31日オンライン公開）に論文を発表しました。

　本論文（こちらから閲覧可能）は、2014〜2017年に大阪市立大学（現・大阪公立大学）で行われた大学院研究をもとに、当時日本語で執筆・発表された修士論文の一章を英語に翻訳したものです。大阪・西成地域における外国人居住者の意識を探った住み込み調査に基づく内容でありながら、在留外国人の増加や移民をめぐる社会的政治的関心が高まる現在においても、示唆に富む考察だと認識しております。
